If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work at AIKAN.
Returns Eligibility
Glasses
We accept returns on glasses within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:
Unworn and unused
Free from scratches or damage
Returned in original packaging with all components included
Charms
We accept returns on charms within 14 days of delivery, only in the case of:
Manufacturing defects
Ex: Hoops are deformed and will not open/close.
Item arrives damaged
Due to their nature, other charms that are not listed above will not be eligible for retuns.
We take great care to quality-check each order before it is send to its new home.
If your products sustain any damage during shipping, please reach out to us and we will be sure to make it right!
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at team@aikan.world within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you with the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Items returned with signs of wear, damage, or missing components will not be eligible for a refund.
